Foundations of the comprehensive concept of learning

The article is devoted to the problems of education in Russian Federation. After collapse Soviet Union, system a systemic crisis, one reasons for which outdated concept education, too focused on transfer large amount fundamental knowledge. On basis Moscow International University, Integrated Research Institute Academy Sciences and NP "Laboratory Cognitive Consciousness named after A.I. Said-Mahdikhon Sattorov", authors developed new comprehensive learning aimed at harmonizing educational process. It involves distribution school subjects (lessons lectures) into four blocks (knowledge block, methodological skills block responsibility block). A version lesson schedule elementary classes was accordance with education. outlines basic principles education: pluralism; freedom thought choice; methodical doubt; practicality; responsibility; harmonious development personality. "learning" defined as purposeful activity related applied knowledge, technologies techniques correct creative thinking, practical abilities, social moral norms, ultimate goal reveal student's personal potential, progress.
